Mkvtools 32bit windows#
The Windows and macOS binaries as well as the Linux AppImage are available already. At a guess the whole file had been cropped, but not on a key frame, so the first block had a different frame rate - the file showed as 24.131 instead of 23.976, the rate for the rest of the file.
